REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mahnuleeglam@yahoo.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
FULFILLMENT/ SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days via USPS. Tracking info will be available once item(s) are shipped. We only ship within the U.S.

Pick-up is available at 2999 E Dublin Granville Rd. Ste 206. You will receive a message or email regarding available pick-up times once the transaction is completed.

In lieu of COVID-19, we are offering NO CONTACT delivery only within Columbus, Ohio. You will receive a message or email regarding available drop-off times. Please allow 1-2 business days.

This website offers visitors access to booking services with Mahnulee Glam LLC and products from DRIP Skin Care, a product made by Mahnulee Glam LLC and a third party. When purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Sales tax is applied to all purchases at time of checkout. Deposits made for booking services are non-refundable.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, phone number, emails, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, and personal profile.
